Work Preparation Engineer – Tooling Validation & Technical Documentation





Responsibilities

Functions to develop:
- Manufacturing processes
- E BOM, M BOM
- Assembly process planning , Routing Creation and Standard operating instruction creation Etc.
- Assembly tooling Validation.
- Workshop support

Qualifications

Any Graduation / Diploma in Engineering / Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME), or an equivalent technical qualification is preferred.

Essential skills
- Understand assembly tooling requirements, tooling selection, validation, and usage during manufacturing and assembly operations.
- Review and validate engineering drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), and technical manufacturing documentation.
- Validate tooling registers and tooling data for manufacturing readiness.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and shop floor deliverables.
- Support tooling change management and configuration control activities.
