About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented D2C Growth & Marketing Head to lead the growth strategy for a premium consumer healthcare and wellness brand. This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys being in the market, building strategic partnerships, driving brand visibility, acquiring customers, and accelerating revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is a go-to-market (GTM) leader who can combine marketing strategy with business development. This role requires frequent market visits, networking, client meetings, channel development, and collaboration with internal teams to grow both product and service revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall D2C growth strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
- Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives for new products, services, and campaigns.
- Identify and build partnerships with corporate organizations, hospitals, clinics, wellness centers, pharmacies, salons, influencers, and other strategic partners.
- Meet potential clients, business partners,
and institutional customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Drive sales of products, treatment packages, memberships, and premium services through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns, promotional activities, events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
- Collaborate with digital marketing, CRM, sales, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
- Develop customer engagement and loyalty programs to improve repeat business.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor activities, and identify recent growth opportunities.
- Build strategic alliances with influencers, affiliate partners, and local communities to enhance brand visibility.
- Monitor business KPIs including revenue growth, customer acquisition cost (CAC), ROAS, customer lifetime value (CLV), and conversion rates.
