Senior Analyst, Global Marketing Operations

We are seeking a driven, solutions‑oriented Senior Analyst to lead critical processes and systems that power our global marketing and communications success. This role serves as a key operational partner to the Global Marketing and Commercial Excellence teams,



with responsibilities that span the full portfolio and directly support commercial execution.
The Senior Analyst will oversee two major areas: (1) the Global Advertising & Promotion (AdProm) Review Process, and (2) global budget management and financial operations.
This position reports to the Associate Director, Marketing & Commercial Excellence and requires a highly collaborative mindset, strong project leadership, and the ability to influence across a diverse set of global stakeholders. The role offers significant exposure, development opportunities, and future growth opportunities across multiple functions within Baxter.
