About the Role

The Maintenance MIS Executive will be responsible for managing maintenance-related data, reports, and documentation for fleet operations across multiple cities. This role supports preventive and breakdown maintenance by ensuring accurate MIS reporting, job card updates, spare parts tracking,



and coordination with site mechanics and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle maintenance MIS for multiple cities
- Update and maintain job cards and vehicle history cards
- Prepare daily vehicle morning and evening reports
- Maintain daily maintenance sheets and MIS documentation
- Track and record engine oil, hydraulic oil, and gear oil consumption
- Raise city-wise spare parts requirements and verify parts with site mechanics
- Coordinate with site mechanics and external vendors/workshops
- Manage local vendor bills, verify, and submit to accounts department
- Support preventive and breakdown maintenance reporting
- Resolve operations-related vehicle maintenance issues
- Ensure proper documentation and record accuracy

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 1–3 years in fleet maintenance, vehicle maintenance, or workshop operations
