Role Summary:

This position includes: The Configuration Analyst is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Workplace Solutions products and accounts, ensuring timeliness and accuracy standards are met.

Roles & Responsibility:

Completes coding for new cases, amendments and re-enrollments, including:

Reviewing case information

Participating in case implementation meetings

Configuring administration/enrollment system

Analysis of case and system parameters to identify coding efficiencies.





Participating in peer quality reviews of completed coding.

Uses in depth understanding and knowledge of various lines of business to resolve complex issues.

Understands how system rules affect all departments within Workplace Solutions.

Provide excellent customer service to all business partners by answering and resolving questions.

Process mass administration system data changes and monitoring accounts and reports for accuracy.

Run data extracts and ad hoc reports.

Participate on project teams and process enhancements, including coordinating and completing user acceptance testing.

Engage sales and home office representatives to reconcile and verify accuracy of information for case implementation.
