About the Role

We are looking for a motivated TPD Executive to handle hospital empanelment and business development for ALIS PRO's medical tourism operations.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with hospitals, clinics and healthcare providers and developing professional relationships so that ALIS PRO can refer international patients for surgeries, treatments and other medical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach hospitals, clinics and healthcare providers for empanelment.
- Connect with hospital management, TPA/TPD and business development teams.
- Explain ALIS PRO's medical tourism services and partnership model.
- Negotiate and coordinate hospital tie-ups and empanelment agreements.
- Collect hospital details, treatment packages, pricing and required documents.
- Maintain strong relationships with empanelled hospitals.
- Coordinate with hospitals regarding international patient requirements.




- Identify suitable hospitals and treatment options for international patients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update hospital partnership records.
- Achieve assigned hospital empanelment and business development targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in hospital/healthcare business development, empanelment, TPA/TPD or medical tourism.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong hospital networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of the healthcare/hospital sector.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Comfortable communicating with hospital management.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and maintaining reports.

Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in hospital empanelment, TPA, insurance, corporate tie-ups, medical tourism or healthcare business development will be preferred.
