Role & responsibilities
TPM Program Deployment
- Lead TPM implementation as per JIPM methodology and roadmap.
- Coordinate all TPM pillars and ensure effective execution.
- Develop TPM master plans, annual deployment plans, and progress reviews.
- Facilitate TPM steering committee meetings and pillar reviews.
- Drive TPM culture across all levels of the organization.
Preferred candidate profile
- -5 years of manufacturing experience.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on TPM implementation experience.
- Proven experience in deploying TPM based on JIPM methodology.
- Experience in preparing organizations for TPM Excellence Awards preferred.
