Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development standards are maintained consistently, while focusing on scalability and performance to meet evolving business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with organizational objectives is a key aspect of daily activities,



fostering innovation and quality in software engineering practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to capture As-Is manufacturing processes and define To-Be digital transformation roadmaps.
2. Translate complex business requirements into high-level functional specifications and Solution Blueprints.
3. Architect solutions across core DELMIA modules: Process Planner, Manufacturing Item Definition, Work Instructions, and Plant Layout.
4. Apply expertise in Digital Manufacturing simulations (Robotics, Ergonomics, and Time Studies) to validate production feasibility.
5. Design and govern the Change Management process (ECR/ECN) to ensure manufacturing is aligned with engineering revisions.
6. Define P&O; (People & Organization) structures, including security contexts, roles, and collaborative spaces.
7. Collaborate with DS Solution Architect/ Technical Architects/Busines
