Job Summary

We
are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a
strong background in the staffing industry to drive client acquisition and
revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in selling
staffing solutions, building long -term client relationships, and achieving
revenue targets across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new clients and generate business opportunities
within the staffing industry.

- Drive sales for Contract Staffing, Permanent
Staffing, RPO, Managed Services, and Resource Augmentation solutions.

- Develop and execute strategic business development
plans to meet revenue goals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key
stakeholders and decision -makers.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to
contract closure.

- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and service
agreements.

- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to




ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements.

- Track market trends, competitor activities, and
emerging business opportunities.

- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports,
and client records.


Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ years of experience in Staffing Sales / Business
Development.

- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and
closing staffing deals.

- Hands -on experience selling Contract Staffing services.

- Strong understanding of Permanent Staffing, RPO,
Managed Services, and Resource Augmentation models.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder
management skills.

- Experience working with clients across multiple
industries and geographies within India.

- Strong revenue generation and account management
capabilities.
