FareFuzz is a US-based premium travel company specializing in consolidated Business and First Class international airfare. We are looking for an experienced Ticketing Executive who understands the nuances of premium-cabin travel and has hands-on experience working with US travel customers.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in the US Travel Market.
- Prior experience handling US-based Business Class customers/clients is highly preferred.
- Solid practical understanding of Business and First Class travel concepts and fare structures.
- Hands-on experience with Sabre GDS is mandatory.
- Good understanding of international flight reservations and complex itineraries.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle ticketing and reservation-related requirements for US-based customers,



with a focus on Business and First Class travel.
- Work extensively on Sabre GDS for reservations, ticketing, and itinerary management.
- Understand premium-cabin fare structures, booking conditions, routing, and applicable fare rules.
- Handle complex itinerary requirements and provide suitable booking solutions based on customer needs.
- Coordinate with airlines to resolve booking, fare, ticketing, and reservation-related issues.
- Identify and handle specialized travel arrangements and alternative booking possibilities within airline and fare guidelines.
- Prior experience in a travel agency or airline ticketing environment preferred; relevant travel or hospitality certification is a plus.
