Location: Kasba, Bosepukur, Kolkata Position: Female Telesales Executive Employment Type: Full-time About the RoleSovra Technology Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and confident Female Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to generate business opportunities through outbound and inbound calling.

Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's products/services. Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and effectively. Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM or internal systems.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and issue resolution. Prepare daily call reports and sales activity updates.

Eligibility

CriteriaFemale candidates only.





Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate. Freshers are welcome; candidates with 6 months to 2 years of telesales, telecalling, customer support, or sales experience will be preferred. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Knowledge of Bengali is an added advantage. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
