We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our team. Freshers from any educational or professional background are welcome to apply. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, explaining products/services, understanding customer requirements, following up with potential customers, maintaining call records,



and supporting the team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and business opportunities clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate customer and call details.
- Build positive relationships with customers through qualified communication.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and management teams when required.

Qualifications

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates from any educational background can apply.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Tamil – Mandatory.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.
- Candidates should be confident, energetic, and willing to communicate with customers.

Experience0–2 years

Salary / CTC₹1.8 LPA – ₹2.4 LPA

Preferred CandidateA candidate who is confident, target-oriented, customer-friendly, and comfortable speaking Hindi, English, and Tamil.
