This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has a passion for customer engagement. The Telecalling Executive will connect with potential customers, explain project details, address their queries, and coordinate site visits with the sales team.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Contact prospective customers using leads assigned through the company's CRM/software.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Understand customer requirements, including budget, location, and property preferences.
- Explain suitable projects, pricing, amenities, payment plans, offers, and other project details.
- Qualify leads based on customer interest and buying potential.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed site visits.
- Handover qualified leads to the Sales team with complete customer details.
- Update customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM/software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
