- Production responsibilities
- Execution of production activities with expected quality and efficiency.
- Operating, cleaning, and maintaining machines used in the production processes.
- Performing line clearance, machine set-up, and change-over activities as required.
- Handling of material on production shopfloor as per SOPs.
- Timely & accurately maintaining applicable production records and checklists.
- Ensure adherence to set SOP's and WI's.
- Other responsibilities
- Perform & maintain a high standard of housekeeping (5S) in the production area.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the production area as per the set standards.
- Adhere to personal health guidelines.
- Comply with safety and environmental guidelines.
- Ensure compliance to regulatory & statutory requirements.
- First level troubleshooting of production equipment.
- Initiate & support continuous improvement activities.
