Role Description This is a full-time, in office Technician role based in Lucknow. The Technician will install, configure, and maintain CCTV camera systems, fire alarm systems, access control systems, networking equipment, and other ELV and automation solutions at client sites. Daily tasks include conducting site surveys, performing cable laying and dressing, mounting devices and panels, carrying out functional testing, and assisting with system commissioning and documentation.

The role involves diagnosing faults,



performing corrective and preventive maintenance, supporting AMC service visits, and providing basic user guidance to clients. The Technician will collaborate with project engineers and site teams to ensure safe work practices, adherence to technical standards, and timely completion of assigned work.

Qualifications

- Technical skills in installation and maintenance of CCTV, fire alarm, access control, and other ELV/security systems.
- Basic networking knowledge, including cabling, crimping, router/switch configuration, and IP addressing.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals.
- Experience with troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repair of electronic and low-voltage systems.
- Understanding of safety practices, use of tools and test equipment, and adherence to site protocols.
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work on-site at commercial, industrial, warehouse, and residential project locations.
- Good communication skills, professional behavior with customers, and ability to work in a team.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when needed for project deadlines or urgent service calls.
- Prior experience in ELV, security, or automation projects in India will be an added advantage.
