About the Role

Digiqt Technolabs is looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to join our Agile development teams.

We are looking for a self-driven, innovative technical leader who can combine strong engineering expertise, architecture and design capabilities, hands-on coding, and team leadership to build scalable, enterprise-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of high-caliber front-end and back-end engineers
- Design and develop user-facing full-stack applications
- Build reusable front-end and back-end components and libraries
- Optimize applications for performance across web-capable devices and browsers
- Optimize backend systems for high-scale workloads
- Contribute to architecture, system design, and NFRs
- Design databases and data models across RDBMS and NoSQL databases
- Design and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance APIs
- Troubleshoot and debug complex JavaScript and production issues
- Develop enterprise-quality solutions from scratch , selecting the right technology based on the problem
- Translate functional requirements into effective and scalable technical solutions
- Work hands-on with coding, production debugging, and DevOps

Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of software development experience,



including at least 1 year as a Tech Lead
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js
- Strong understanding of React.js or Vue.js and their core principles
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, Python, and Microservices
- Strong experience in API implementation , with a focus on security, scalability, and performance
- Strong experience in database design and data modeling across RDBMS and NoSQL databases
- Strong knowledge of architecture, system design, and NFRs
- Ability to derive effective technical solutions from functional requirements
- Experience building complex single-page and full-stack applications
- Hands-on experience with production-level full-stack debugging and DevOps
- Good understanding of JavaScript, object-oriented programming, and commonly used design patterns
- Experience with Babel, Webpack, and NPM
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs
- Strong hands-on coding experience with a practical, production-focused approach

Good to Have
- Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development
- Experience writing unit tests using JavaScript testing frameworks
- Experience working on highly scalable applications
- Strong experience with AWS
