Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Support end-to-end recruitment for technical roles such as software engineers, QA, DevOps, product, data, and more.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
- Learn and apply Boolean search techniques to identify quality talent.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
- Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring.
- Follow up with candidates and interviewers to collect timely feedback.
- Assist with campus hiring, recruitment drives, and employer branding initiatives.
- Track hiring metrics and support recruitment reporting.
