3.Ensure compliance with sales processes & client agreements

5.Handle escalations & deliver timely solutions

What We’re Looking For~

4+ years as Sales Manager/Team Leader in NBFC/service/B2B sales

Excellent communication & people-management skills

Strong knowledge of sales strategy & compliance

Proficiency in CRM tools & reporting

Ability to inspire, motivate & drive a high-performing team
