Job Requirements

CNC Machine Setter cum operator:

· Responsible for Setting and part prove out in CNC Machines

· Quality inspection and Control to maintained as per drawing

· Rejection control and root cause analysis

· Maintaining the MOS (Manufacturing Operation Sheet) documents

· Driving for Safety requirement for the Cell and follow HIRA requirements

· Self-audit for 6S Maintaining for the CELL / M/c group

· Updation of daily checklist for the machine.

· Technical Problem Solving / Trouble Shooting activities for the machine Group

· Responsible for daily output

· Internal turn back analysis for NC parts.

· Notifications for Service departments

· Preplanning for upcoming Settings





· Responsible for updating of Actuals through setting data Sheet/BOM.

· Responsible for On the Training for Current Joiners / Trainees.

· Working along with Engineering to prove the First Bulk or FAI parts

Work Experience

4-7 - Having experience in CNC machine operations, Programming and Setting.

5 Axis Machine operations

Diploma Mechanical , Automobile, Tool & Die, Production engineering

· CNC machine operations, Programming and Setting.

· GD&T; and drawing interpretation.

· Problem solving techniques.

· 5’s
