About the Role :

We are looking for an AI Engineering Lead to drive our Generative AI and multi-agent system initiatives. You will lead the technical roadmap, design robust agentic architectures, and ensure the delivery of high-impact AI products.

Technical Requirements :

- 12+ years of skilled experience as a software engineer.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in LLMs and Generative AI, particularly multi-agent systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, LangGraph, and SQL.
- Experience with AI observability tools like LangSmith and LangFuse.
- Proficiency in cloud services (Azure, GCP, or AWS) for GenAI application deployment.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the engineering team toward a technical roadmap and ensure timely execution.
- Design multi-agent architectures,



including supervisor-router patterns.
- Build and maintain agent evaluation pipelines, including offline eval datasets and LLM-as-judge.
- Mentor the engineering team on best practices in machine learning and LLM development.
- Collaborate with product owners and business SMEs to translate technical details into impactful AI products.

Leadership :

- Demonstrate a founder mindset to drive technical discussions with client stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to manage client expectations and define project requirements.
