About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition qualified with experience in chemical manufacturing or related manufacturing industries to manage end-to-end hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
- Handle hiring for manufacturing plants
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, agencies and industry networks.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate discussions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
- Manage offer negotiation, documentation and joining.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers.
- Work closely with business and functional heads to understand hiring requirements.

Requirements




- 2–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Prior experience in chemical, specialty chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical or manufacturing industry preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Good understanding of manufacturing/plant hiring.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and hiring targets simultaneously.
