We are seeking a talented and creative Talent Acquisition Partner for my client, an India-headquartered, founder-led agency delivering branding and digital experiences for fast-growing B2B companies globally.

This is a 100% remote opportunity for someone who sees recruitment as more than simply filling positions, and enjoys thinking creatively, understanding people and finding great candidates for challenging searches.

- Own end-to-end hiring across a range of roles, with a strong focus on

identifying high-quality candidates esp. in the creative field

- Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to understand what

Success Looks Like Beyond The

- Develop creative and unconventional sourcing and hiring strategies for

difficult-to-fill roles

- Build meaningful relationships with candidates and represent the

company's culture and values throughout the hiring process




- Bring fresh ideas to the recruitment process and continuously look for

ways to improve how the company attracts and evaluates talent ???? ??? ?? ??????? ????
- 5 to 8 years of relevant Talent Acquisition / recruitment experience
- Experience in a start-up is very desirable, particularly someone who is comfortable working in an environment where priorities can move quickly and ownership matters
- Experience in hiring for creative roles such as Creative Directors, Graphic Designers, Content Writers, Copy Writers, WordPress Developers, Illustrators, Web Designers, UI/UX Leads, etc. is a clear advantage and a real upside for this role
- Experience working closely with founders in a rapid-paced environment, with the confidence to understand their expectations, challenge assumptions when needed, and move hiring processes forward
- Someone who reads people well, understands what lies beyond a resume, and can assess both capability and cultural fit
- Innately curious and genuinely open to working with highly talented and creative colleagues who may be considerably younger, with the maturity and confidence to learn from them as much as contribute to the team.
- A demonstrated track record of thinking out of the box and developing innovative hiring strategies, particularly for roles where conventional sourcing approaches may not work
