Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates across corporate roles

- Leverage digital sourcing strategies and talent networks to build strong pipelines
- Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of initiative, curiosity, and a passion for finding excellent talent
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's / Post Graduate Degree (MBA Preferred)
- 4-6 years of HR experience especially in BFSI Non IT Talent Acquisition
- Sourcing through various channels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Result Orientation with execution excellence
- Attention to detail
- Interpersonal relations and presentation skills
