Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager-Talent Acquisition to lead our talent acquisition function and build high-performing teams across all business verticals. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end hiring process, and ensuring quality talent acquisition to support our rapid business growth across India.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Planning

- Develop and execute annual talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with leadership team to forecast hiring needs and create workforce planning models
- Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions
- Monitor market trends and competitor intelligence for talent acquisition

Recruitment Excellence

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior and specialized positions across all functions
- Lead high-volume hiring initiatives for business expansion
- Design and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and candidate experience
- Implement assessment methodologies and interview frameworks
- Ensure quality of hire through structured evaluation processes

Team Leadership & Development

- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment specialists and coordinators
- Set performance standards and KPIs for the talent acquisition team
- Conduct training programs on interviewing techniques and assessment methods
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment practices
- Manage team performance and provide career development guidance

Stakeholder Management

- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and cultural fit




- Provide consultation on job architecture, compensation benchmarking, and market insights
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels
- Present regular recruitment metrics and insights to leadership team
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners on talent strategy

Employer Branding & Market Presence

- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance company reputation
- Leverage social media platforms for talent attraction and company promotion
- Represent company at industry events, job fairs, and networking forums
- Build relationships with educational institutions for campus recruitment
- Create content for recruitment marketing and candidate engagement

Vendor & Technology Management

- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and assessment vendors
- Evaluate and implement recruitment technologies
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for recruitment tools and services
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and recruitment regulations
- Optimize recruitment technology stack for maximum efficiency

Required Qualifications

Education

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Bachelor's degree with relevant HR certifications will also be considered

Experience

- 6-8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment
- Minimum 3 years in leadership/management role within talent acquisition
- Proven track record of managing high-volume recruitment across multiple locations
- Experience in construction, engineering, or related industries
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling recruitment teams

Technical Skills

- Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals,



and sourcing tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment metrics and reporting
- Knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data analysis tools
