Role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional with experience in textile/manufacturing hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment across plant and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle hiring for manufacturing plant
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and recruitment agencies.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
- Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and candidate pipeline.

Requirements:





- 1–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Prior experience in textile, apparel, garment or manufacturing hiring preferred.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder-management skills.
- Positive communication and candidate-handling skills.
