Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau (a primary skill upto 70%)

- Work extensively with Splunk, leveraging SPL (Search Processing Language) to analyze and monitor telemetry data (secondary skill – upto 30%)

- Translate complex datasets into actionable insights for business and technical stakeholders

- Build scalable and efficient queries to handle high-volume, high-velocity telemetry data

- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to define key metrics, KPIs, and monitoring frameworks

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization across dashboards and queries

- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support proactive decision-making

- Document data models, dashboards, and analytical processes for reuse and governance

Required Skills & Qualifications





- 5–7 years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or BI-related roles

- Strong hands-on expertise in Tableau (dashboard development, data modeling, performance tuning)

- Tableau Certification (mandatory)

- Proficiency in Splunk with knowledge of SPL

- Experience working with telemetry/log/event data at scale

- Solid understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and data pipelines

- Ability to work with both structured and unstructured datasets

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

- Valuable communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams

Tableau Certification is a must
