We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other workers. Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and site requirements.

Ensure work is completed within the planned timeline and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and identify execution issues. Coordinate with the Project Manager, designers, vendors, and clients.

Maintain daily site reports and track project progress. Ensure proper housekeeping, safety,



and discipline at the site. Check material deliveries and ensure proper utilization of materials. Identify site-level issues and escalate them to the Project Manager promptly.

Requirements: Good knowledge of interior execution and construction activities. 1–4 years of experience in interior, construction, renovation, or related projects. Ability to read basic drawings and understand measurements. Good coordination and communication skills. Ability to manage workers and contractors at site. Willingness to travel to project sites across Navi Mumbai, Panvel, and nearby locations.

Preferred Skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel and project reporting.

Experience in residential and commercial interior projects. Strong problem-solving and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
