Role Description Super Specialist Doctors at Prince Hospital Sikar provide advanced clinical care within their specific disciplines, including comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of complex medical conditions.

Responsibilities include conducting outpatient and inpatient consultations, performing specialized procedures and surgeries, interpreting diagnostic investigations, and coordinating multidisciplinary care plans. Super specialists are expected to participate in clinical case discussions, contribute to protocol development, support quality improvement initiatives, and provide guidance to junior medical staff. The role also involves regular communication with patients and families, maintaining accurate medical records, and adhering to hospital policies and clinical governance standards.

This is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur,



requiring consistent presence for ward rounds, clinics, emergency coverage, and scheduled operating or procedure lists.

Qualifications

- Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and completed postgraduate qualification (MD/MS or equivalent) in a relevant specialty, followed by super specialty training (DM/MCh or equivalent) in the specific discipline.
- Valid medical registration with the appropriate medical council and eligibility to practice as a super specialist in India.
- Demonstrated expertise in advanced diagnostics, therapeutic procedures, and complex case management within the chosen super specialty.
- Strong clinical decision-making, problem-solving, and evidence-based practice skills, with a commitment to patient safety and quality care.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams in high-intensity clinical settings.
- Ability to supervise, mentor, and teach junior doctors, nursing staff, and allied health professionals, supporting continuous learning and skill development.
- Experience with hospital information systems, electronic medical records, and adherence to clinical documentation, infection control, and regulatory standards.
- Willingness to participate in emergency duties, on-call rotations, clinical audits, and hospital initiatives related to research, training, and service improvement.
- Prior experience in a tertiary care or super specialty hospital is highly preferred; additional fellowships, publications, or subspecialty expertise are an advantage.
