Roles and Responsibility

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of steel fabricators and production crew members.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in steel fabrication and production processes.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to steel equipment and machinery.

- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity in steel production.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet production targets.

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Job Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in steel fabrication and production, preferably as a foreman.

- Solid knowledge of steel manufacturing processes, including rolling, drawing, and forging.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct team members.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

- Familiarity with quality control measures and safety protocols in steel fabrication and production.
