- **Equipment Maintenance:** Regularly checking and maintaining welding equipment and tools to ensure safe and efficient operation throughout the workday is required.

- **Collaboration:** Working closely with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and complete projects on time is a vital part of the role.
