About The Role We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter –

- Data &
- AI to drive end-to-end hiring for niche and strategic technology roles. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruiting for Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Analytics, and related technology domains. They should be capable of managing the entire recruitment lifecycle independently while partnering effectively with business leaders and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requirement gathering to offer rollout and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and assess high-quality candidates for Data &
- AI roles using multiple sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Drive stakeholder communication by providing regular updates on hiring progress, market insights, and recruitment metrics.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Utilize innovative sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, networking, referrals, and talent communities.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and maintain accurate hiring data and reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent availability within the Data &
- AI ecosystem.

Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the technology sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in hiring for Data &
- AI roles, including Data Scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Analytics Consultants, MLOps Engineers, and related profiles.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment with the ability to independently manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Extensive expertise in Data &
- AI hiring with a solid understanding of the skills, technologies, and talent landscape in this domain.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across different levels of the organization.
- Highly responsible, self-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean/X-ray search techniques, referrals, and professional networks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in recruitment reporting, ATS, and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining high-quality hiring standards.
