About the Internship

We are looking for a Client Success Manager Intern to join our Delhi team. This internship is ideal for someone who is interested in digital marketing, client servicing, account management, and working in a rapid-paced agency workplace.

You will get hands-on exposure to client communication, project coordination, campaign execution, and working with multiple internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing client communication and day-to-day coordination.
Support the team in understanding client requirements and preparing briefs.
Coordinate with SEO, Paid Media, Content, Design, and Development teams.
Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
Assist in preparing client reports and presentations.
Participate in client calls and internal project discussions.
Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Help monitor campaign and project performance.
Support client retention and relationship-building activities.
Assist with identifying upselling and cross-selling prospects.
Use AI tools to improve research, reporting, communication, and workflow efficiency.
