Roles and Responsibility
Develop and negotiate clinical contracts with clients and vendors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Analyze and interpret complex contractual data to inform business decisions.
Provide expert guidance on contract management and dispute resolution.
Ensure timely completion of projects and tasks within budget constraints.
Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and agreements.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical contracting or a related field.
Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and laws.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in contract management software and tools.
