Receive and process cash, cheques, and electronic payments from customers and internal departments.
Maintain accurate cash books, petty cash records, and daily cash reports.
Reconcile cash receipts with invoices, sales reports, and bank deposits.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash summaries for management review.
Assist in accounts reconciliation and liaise with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and regulatory requirements.
Support the billing and invoicing process for automotive sales, service, and parts transactions.
Coordinate with banks for deposits, withdrawals, and cash management activities.
Handle customer inquiries related to payments and receipts professionally.
Assist auditors during internal and external audits.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
