Process customer payments (cash, credit, debit, digital payments).
Generate and issue accurate bills/invoices.
Handle refunds, discounts, and voids in line with company policies.
Greet and interact with guests courteously.
Address customer inquiries regarding bills or payment methods.
Ensure a seamless checkout experience.
Maintain a cash register, ensuring accuracy at the start and end of shifts.
Perform daily cash reconciliations and submit reports to the manager.
Collaborate with servers, bartenders, and the kitchen team to ensure billing accuracy.
Update menu pricing or offers in the billing system as per management instructions.
Adhere to hotel financial policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of payment information.
Keep records of daily transactions for auditing and analysis.
Report discrepancies or technical issues to management immediately.
