Hi All,

We are looking for an experienced CA to lead end-to-end financial operations from statutory compliance and taxation to MIS reporting and financial governance for a growing organization. The ideal candidate will bring robust analytical rigor, deep regulatory knowledge, and the ability to align financial planning with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and adherence to statutory regulations
Manage tax compliance including GST, Income Tax, and TDS filings within statutory timelines
Deliver MIS reports, cash flow analysis, and fund/liquidity planning to support management decision-making
Oversee accounts finalization, reconciliation, and audit readiness (internal and external audits)
Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, coordinating with Company Secretary for statutory filings
Strengthen internal controls and financial governance frameworks
Lead or support ERP implementation and process automation initiatives (e.g., SAP)
Manage working capital optimization and fund utilization strategies
Establish and refine SOPs to improve process efficiency and consistency




Mentor and manage a small accounts/finance team
