We are looking for an experienced and compassionate Clinical Psychologist with 3+ years of qualified experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing evidence-based psychological assessment, counselling, and therapeutic support to clients across a range of emotional, behavioural, and psychological concerns.

The candidate should have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a professional, empathetic approach toward clients.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments and clinical evaluations.
Provide individual and, where appropriate, family or couples counselling.
Develop personalised treatment and therapy plans based on client needs.
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records and documentation.
Monitor client progress and modify therapeutic approaches when required.
Use appropriate evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
Build a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental workplace for clients.
Collaborate with other mental health professionals when required.
Follow professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards.




Participate in case discussions, team meetings, and professional development activities.

Requirements
Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
Strong understanding of psychological assessment and therapeutic interventions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
Ability to maintain client confidentiality and professional boundaries.
