Hiring: Cognitive HR Delivery Lead – Learning & Development (L&D;)

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience: 16–18 Years

Language Requirement: German (B2.2 or above) and English

We are looking for an experienced Cognitive HR Delivery Lead – Learning & Development (L&D;) to lead global HR service delivery operations and drive transformation initiatives across Learning & Development and broader Hire-to-Retire (H2R) processes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end HR Shared Services and Learning & Development operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and achievement of business objectives.
Establish and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Build robust relationships with global stakeholders and provide strategic delivery oversight.
Drive HR transformation initiatives through automation, analytics, artificial intelligence, and process digitization.
Lead process standardization and optimization initiatives to enhance employee and customer experience.
Manage workforce planning, capability development, succession planning, and team performance.
Ensure adherence to contractual commitments,



compliance standards, audit requirements, and risk management practices.
Contribute to financial performance through productivity improvements, cost optimization, and service innovation.

Required Skills & Experience
16–18 years of experience in HR Outsourcing (HRO), HR Shared Services, Global Business Services, or HR Operations.
Robust expertise in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Lifecycle Management, and HR Service Delivery.
Experience leading large, multicultural, and geographically distributed teams.
Solid understanding of HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and ServiceNow HRSD.
Experience with HR Analytics, Automation, AI, RPA, and digital transformation initiatives.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
German language proficiency at B2.2 level or above is mandatory.
