Key Responsibilities Costing Cost Control
Prepare and analyze product costing, standard costing, and variance analysis.
Monitor manufacturing and operational costs to identify cost-saving prospects.
Review BOMs, overhead allocation, and cost structures.
Support monthly cost closing activities and cost reconciliation.

Financial Planning Analysis
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling plans.
Analyze actual performance against budget and forecast.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
Monitor key financial KPIs and business performance.

MIS Reporting
Prepare monthly MIS reports for management review.
Generate profitability analysis by product, customer, and business segment.
Support preparation of presentations for review meetings.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Inventory Working Capital Management
Monitor inventory valuation and reconciliation.
Analyze inventory ageing, slow-moving, and obsolete stock.
Support working capital optimization initiatives.

Compliance Audit
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and internal controls.




Coordinate with internal and external auditors.
Support statutory, tax, and cost audit requirements.
Maintain documentation related to costing and financial controls.

Business Partnering
Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Sales teams.
Provide financial guidance for business decisions and improvement projects.
Support investment proposals and ROI analysis.

Qualifications
CMA (Qualified / Inter CMA)
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
Knowledge of SAP/ERP systems preferred.
Robust proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience
3 to 8 years of experience in Costing, Financial Controlling, FPA, or Manufacturing Finance.
Experience in the automotive/manufacturing industry preferred.
