Roles and Responsibility
Manage and coordinate clinical research activities, including protocol development and study execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investigators, sponsors, and other partners.
Conduct site monitoring visits and provide guidance on study conduct and data management.
Analyze and interpret data from studies, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present reports to senior management, highlighting study findings and recommendations.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field; advanced degree preferred.




Proven experience in clinical research roles, demonstrating increasing responsibility and expertise.
Strong knowledge of Valuable Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and regulations governing clinical trials.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic setting.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications relevant to clinical research.
