We are looking for a responsible and reliable Collection Agent to join our Cable TV operations team.

Responsibilities
Collect monthly cable TV payments from customers in the assigned area.
Visit customers and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Provide payment receipts and maintain accurate collection records.
Follow up with customers regarding pending payments.
Deposit collected payments as instructed by the management.
Report daily collection details to the office.
Assist customers with basic queries related to cable TV services.
Coordinate with the office team regarding disconnections, reconnections, and service-related issues.

Requirements
Valuable communication skills and a polite attitude.
Basic knowledge of reading, writing and handling cash.




Ability to travel within the assigned local area.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Previous collection/field work experience is preferred but freshers can also apply.
Must be trustworthy, punctual and responsible.
