Required Technical Skills
Solid knowledge of building construction methodologies.
Experience in RCC work, finishing work, and structural execution.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Knowledge of bar bending schedules (BBS) and reinforcement detailing.
Understanding of estimation, quantity surveying, BOQ, and billing.
Familiarity with quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
Knowledge of construction materials and testing methods.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
Familiarity with IS Codes and National Building Code (NBC).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
