We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage incoming leads, connect with interested customers, understand their requirements, and provide them with the necessary information.
Responsibilities
Handle and follow up with leads generated by the company.
Speak with customers and understand their requirements.
Provide information about our products/services.
Coordinate with the internal team to address customer queries.
Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
