Role Summary In this role, you will help Ather customers by resolving their queries via email. There are no phone calls involved in this process.

What You Will Do
Read and respond to customer questions and issues through email.
Provide quick, polite, and accurate support regarding Ather products and services.
Maintain clear and explicit written communication while keeping customer satisfaction high.

Who Can Apply?
Education: Must be a Graduate (Degree required).
Experience: Must have at least 6 months of experience in email or non-voice customer support.
Languages Needed:
Good written English (Mandatory)

Salary Package
Monthly CTC (Total Package): ₹23,000 per month
Monthly Take-Home (In-Hand): ₹22,500 per month

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
