Site Engineer – Civil Construction

Experience

2 years of relevant on-site experience

Salary

₹500,000 per annum (₹5 LPA)

Compensation may be discussed based on experience and technical expertise.

Job Location

Hyderabad / Project Sites The candidate should be comfortable working at different project locations depending on project requirements.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with hands-on experience in:
Residential building construction
Corporate office buildings
Commercial buildings
Building construction and infrastructure projects
Site execution and project coordination

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, vendors, and project management teams.
Monitor labor, materials, and site productivity.
Check measurements and ensure proper execution of civil and finishing works.
Maintain daily site reports, work progress, and material records.
Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction procedures.




Track project schedules and support timely completion of assigned activities.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure effective utilization of manpower and materials.

Candidate Requirements
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of practical on-site construction experience.
Solid knowledge of building construction processes and site execution.
Ability to read and understand civil, architectural, and structural drawings.
Positive knowledge of construction materials, measurements, and basic quantity estimation.
Robust coordination and communication skills.
Willingness to travel or work across project locations as required.
Ability to independently handle site responsibilities and coordinate with contractors.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a hands-on Civil Engineer who understands actual site execution, not just theoretical construction practices. Experience in residential, corporate and commercial building projects will be preferred.

Salary: Up to Upto₹5 LPA | Experience: 2 Years | Location: Hyderabad & Project Sites

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
