Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and in-person communication.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about services.
Coordinate and schedule customer appointments.
Follow up with customers regarding appointments and services.
Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information.
Address customer concerns and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
Maintain a skilled relationship with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Support the team with day-to-day front-office and customer-service activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
