Job Summary
Pride Toyota is looking for a energetic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)to ensure an excellent customer experience by managing customer interactions, handling feedback, scheduling service reminders, and maintaining solid customer relationships.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Customer Relationship/Customer Support (Automobile experience preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and customer handling skills.
Solid communication and listening skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
