We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with experience handling Australian clients and excellent communication skills.

Requirements :
Excellent communication skills with a robust Australian accent.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience working with an Australian company or handling Australian clients.
Experience in customer support and client coordination.
Must have experience in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Comfortable handling client queries via calls, emails, and chats.
Strong documentation and administrative skills.
Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related field.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Early morning shift.

Roles & Responsibilities :
Handle Australian client communication through calls, emails, and chats.
Manage customer queries and provide timely resolutions.




Coordinate regarding rental properties, documentation, onboarding, and related processes.
Maintain accurate client records and perform data entry tasks.
Ensure proper documentation and record management.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Candidate:
Robust interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
