Responsibilities
Being available to customers via Call/Whatsapp/Chat/Email from 10 to 7.
Understanding the business and products we offer and taking utmost care of representing the business to clients.
Handling queries of different platforms like our website, Amazon, etc
Taking care and co-ordinating with courier companies for getting shipments delivered on time
Excellent communication skills
Creative thinking skills




The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation
Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
Provide technical support on products to customers
Answer and communicate via the phone with professionalism
Communicate clearly and concisely via email

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
