Role & Responsibilities
Conduct online/phone consultations with customers to understand their health and nutrition requirements.
Prepare personalized diet and meal plans based on customer goals and lifestyle.
Provide nutrition counselling and practical guidance on healthy eating habits.
Understand customer concerns related to weight management, diabetes, digestion and overall wellness.
Regularly follow up with customers and track their progress.
Modify diet plans based on customer feedback and progress.
Explain nutrition, lifestyle changes, hydration, portion control and healthy food choices in simple language.
Recommend suitable wellness products as per customer requirements and company guidelines.
Maintain proper records of consultations, diet plans and customer feedback.




Coordinate with the internal wellness/customer support team for better customer experience.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition / Dietetics / Food & Nutrition / Clinical Nutrition.
Freshers can apply; experience in diet counselling or wellness is preferred.
Positive communication and counselling skills.
Comfortable with online/phone consultations.
Valuable knowledge of nutrition, diet planning and lifestyle management.
Customer-focused and confident while communicating with clients.
